Inside Sales Support


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Inside Sales Support applicant will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the sales and operations teams to grow existing customers and create leads and appointments for the purpose of adding new customers. The Inside Sales Support role will meet or exceed monthly quotas for both lead and appointment generation while increasing customer satisfaction. Reporting to the VP of sales, you will be responsible for revenue generation from existing client base and new business.   

JOB DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • New business generation from proactive engagement with the existing client base for any up-sale opportunities.
  • Answer customer questions regarding products and recommend solutions.
  • Front line market research to map the organizational structure of the various healthcare institutions in the region. The information gathered will include but not be limited to;
        • Reporting structure of each facility
        • Budget allocation processes and procedures
        • Fiscal trends to determine buying cycles
        • Identifying facility specific and region wide initiatives that may lead to natural synergy when coupled with our product

  • Provide product configuration and price quotes
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding customer’s needs, budgets, decision-makers, and timelines
  • Responsible and accountable for revenue generation from existing client base and new business.

INTERACTIONS

  • Play a critical role in supporting sales and marketing activities.
  • Interact with existing customers and understand current challenges.
  • Interact with the partner community and provide assistance as it pertains to selling of Connexall.
  • Work closely with the Operations Department to ensure accurate quoting and configuration of Connexall. 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to write business correspondence.
  • Bilingual (English and French) a strong asset.

EDUCATION , SKILLS AND AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Post-secondary diploma in Business, Communications or related field.
  • 2-4 years related experience in inside sales of enterprise solutions.
  • Self motivated, positive with "can-do" attitude, take independent actions and participate in self-development activities.  
  • Able to exercise independent judgment and take subsequent action. 
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. 
  • Keen attention to detail, logical and efficient. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to track and record a detailed account of specific sales activities and outcome.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
