Application Sales Engineer

In this role the Application Sales Engineer will promote, demonstrate and assist in analyzing customer requirements and designing integration with 3rd-party business systems and wired/wireless communication systems to improve organizational performances using ConnexALL application suite with Partners and Customers.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assume leadership role in analyzing customer requirements; perform site-surveys and assist in designing appropriate solutions using Company products and services  

·         Play a critical role in defining customer’s business needs and software functionality. Have special, in-depth knowledge of a business area that enhances the team's understanding

·         Act in an expert advisory role provides input and support to the implementation team

·         Responsible for maintaining up-to-date expertise in ConnexALL application vertical areas in order to participate in evaluating, defining and designing ConnexALL workflow process

·         Meet face-to-face with key decision makers, understand customer challenges, present solutions and close new business

·        Deliver presentations, provide technical designs, proposals and business cases

·         Assist customers with software integration issues as well as helping partners overcome software architectural challenges

·        Assist internal software developers create working solutions that arise from customer requirements

·         Anticipate emerging technologies that could benefit customer needs and fits with GlobeStar’s overall solution strategy

·        Manage day-to-day relationships with existing clients and build relationship with new clients

·        Participates in conferences, end-user and sales channel meetings to explain, demonstrate and educate potential customers on the ConnexALL solution’s application

Qualifications Required

·         Results oriented.  Ability to manager multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

·        Desire to work in a entrepreneurial, fast pace environment

·        Ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries, solicit feedbacks and meet commitments

·        Experience in writing, presenting and responding to audience in a managerial positions, front line customers and a general audience

·        Demonstrates attention to details and translates client requirements into ConnexALL solution design

·        Self motivated, positive with "can-do" attitude, take independent actions and participate in self-development activities

·        Displays creativity and develop innovative solutions to resolve client’s challenges

·        Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with Clinical experience preferred

·        Open minded about listening and collecting customer requirements and manages expectation, resolves conflict in a positive manner

·        Fast learner, open to new technologies and willing to take extra steps to learn

·        Clinical Training background and Experience in creating customized training document an asset

Education

·        Undergraduate Degree in IT related engineering

·        2-4 years related experience in selling integration solutions (e.g. healthcare and security), wired and wireless telecommunications and / or software applications (new graduates also welcome)

·        Experience in telecom, voice, data, convergent a mus~t

·        Knowledge of 802.11 technologies

·        Solid track record of solution selling and has demonstrated ability to successfully meet and exceed targets by generating new revenue

·        Bilingual (English and French) a strong asset

·        New grad with excellent background can also be considered
